Zappos was very nice to deal with. Sometimes differences between the photo and the item that arrives make it difficult to judge if the item is wanted. This time I was not disappointed.

HIgh quality and well made but too bulky and heavy. This isn’t a comfortable or cozy robe for sitting around, unfortunately, but I don’t think you can do better for craftsmanship of a terrycloth robe. It all depends on your needs.

Great design unfortunetly got discolored after 2 washes. Despite the nice fabric I was very disappointed to see big white patches of discoloration on it…i am taking bath salts all the time however my turquise inexpensive bathrobe never lost the color
